Ali Stephens (Elite) just couldn't wait for NYC Fashion Night Out so she shopped, shopped, and shopped some more in the streets of Tokyo along side male model Allen Tsai (Next) for Numero Tokyo. Ali looks so fierce on the COVER! I think she should've left her hair long and dark just like it is seen in the cover instead she cut it a few inches and did blonde highlights for upcoming NYC fashion week.. : (.
